Shipping policy

All merchandise shipped in the United States is shipped via USPS. The shipping cost is $9.95 on all single orders. All shipping charges will automatically be added at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if your order is unable to fit into a standard priority package.

Shipping time is 2-3 business days. This time excludes weekends and holidays. 

All preorder items will have an expected shipping date listed with the item. If you order more than one item and one is a pre-order all items will be held until the preorder item arrives and they will be shipped together.

Addictive Juelz is not responsible for the actions of the USPS and we are not responsible for items dropped off at your residence or items dropped off at the USPS. 

Tracking information is sent via email once the package is shipped.
