Refund Policy

Addictive Juelz recommends that you place your order with care. If for any reason that you are not satisfied with your order you can return it within 7 days of delivery date for a STORE CREDIT in the form of a e-gift card. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in its original condition with all original tags attached. Exchanges will be based on whether or not an item is available, if not available a store credit will be issued.

Any return the do not meet the requirements will be refused. Returns received after 7 days will not be honored and will be shipped back. 

There are absolutely no refunds on swimwear and accessories. 

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE, FINAL SALE, SPECIAL ORDER OR PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please save all packaging and contact us immediately at www.addictivejuelz@gmail.com

If for some reason we sell out of an item and your order processed you will receive a full refund for the full amount.
